Rosamund Pike, Daniel Brühl and Macaulay Culkin were originally cast, but all three dropped out due to scheduling conflicts. Rosamund Pike was replaced by Mary Elizabeth Winstead, while Daniel Brühl was replaced by Rafe Spall.
